President
Under Mark’s leadership since 1979, Hycel has developed and managed millions of square feet of super-regional shopping centers in St. Louis including the design award winning Saint Louis Galleria (sold 2003) and Crestwood Plaza (sold 1998). Mark is a former Missouri State Director of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a licensed broker in Missouri. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Institute of Real Estate Management and the World Presidents’ Organization.
Vice President
Jeanne is responsible for all financial and administration functions with Hycel Properties Co. Since 1975, she has managed the financial record keeping, accounting internal audit and lease administration functions. She has been instrumental in the sale and acquisition of properties as well as completing due diligence requirements associated with financing activities. Jeanne is an active member in the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Leasing Manager - Central Region
Sara began her career as a store manager for an upscale women’s clothing store and then as a marketing instructor at the college level. She joined the shopping center industry with Hycel Properties Co. in 1988 as a marketing executive. Since 1994, Sara has been working with the company as a leasing executive. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Sara holds a Missouri real estate salesperson license, and received the ICSC Certified Leasing Specialist designation in 1998.
